Bottling the porter was very exciting. We have much anticipation for this one since our hefe turned out so well.
The porter didn't have near the foam from fermentation at the top as the hefeweizen we brewed.
The bottom of the 6 gallon carboy doesn't have near the build-up of sludge either.
Next, I mixed the corn sugar into water for the last step before bottling,......
while Tim sanitized all the bottles.
Then we siphoned the beer into the 5 gallon and mixed the sugar into it.
Yep, it's ready for the bottle
